Is there a command let u load a rom into Project 64 at startup of the emulator, or do I got to use another emu to do that? What's the best one to use if I can't use P64, except UltraHLE?

Soft Driver 1.1.16 and i've tried other plugins and had the same results.
I'd suggest ePSXe 1.5.2. this one usually works better then 1.6.0

well project 64 allows you the option to "choose your rom directory" and this list comes up everytime you start up pj64. 1964 is another emulator that does this

I mean it should just start a specific rom, like a "-load MarioKart.v64" or something like that...If I just try to open the file with the program I get a error

I don't think you can open the rom with the program that way, what error do you get?

Problem opening file or something...This works with most programs...But can I do this with 1964? And is it a good emulator?

1964 is almost as good, but it runs along the same lines, with rom directories, just out of interest what file extension is that rom you can't run?

Depending on your Windows version, either right click your ROM, and select OPEN WITH... or hold SHIFT and right click and select OPEN WITH...

    then,

select 1964 from the list of programs, or browse the drive to find 1964.exe, then check the little box that says "always open with this...(or something), then it will open the ROM in 1964 every time

What do you mean with the disc 1 disc 2 thingie.
you don't have to burn the files to a cd, if they are a .ISO, .IMG, .BIN or something else you can play those from you harddisk with ePSXe.
Anway ePSXe is the best PSX emualtor

Ok, well disc 1 and disc 2 need to be burnt onto seperate disks, you can play the disc from the iso/img/bin,etc file you're using with an emulator you don't need to burn it to disk, and I personally have never heard of those emulators for psx, I would recommend ePSXe as thats the best one out, bar a few games.

edit. lol, beaten to it by chaos

Their are no built in codes that do that in FFIX, if you want to do that you need to use a Gameshark or something like it.
