I'm sure you've heard Immortal's live drum solo, but just making sure...
They covered "Bestial Lust". And yeah, I've heard a Horgh-solo (was a .wmv-file, but there was not picture, just sound)

    Ayreon - Day Sixteen: Loser

The best song on The Human Equation, without a doubt. A bit folkish.

    <b>Soundgarden</b> - <i>Mind Riot</i>
Pretty good song, I must say. I've come to really like most of <b>Soundgarden</b>'s stuff.

Breaking Benjamin doing a song for a game? Interesting. Not that I like the band, I just find it surprising.

Deicide - Once Upon the Cross

Brutal and atonal as fuck. Absolutely no melody, good old American death metal. Cool how you can hear Glen chanting "kill him... Kill him... Kill him! KILL HIM!!" growing up louder and louder, almost like a crowd screaming for Christ's death. This mofo is crazy as hell, but I can't help but love the band Deicide. Hoffman's solo isn't so amazing in this song, but the song is a classic.

    Edit: Deicide - Christ Denied

One of the best songs on the "Once Upon the Cross" album, a bit more consistent and rythmical than the title-track. \m/

Lets leave that one just there, shall we?

    Anyway, Enrique Iglesias - Hero

Despite the undoubted cheesiness of this song, its actually a really pleasant little number. Almost makes me emotional, but not quite.

On a lighter note Ive just eaten 5 flamin' hot (or whatever they're called) Pepperami's, and subsequently stink. Excellent.

That band is great, Battle Against Time is by far their best song. Very black metal-ish

Currently listening through Anthrax's "The Great Of Two Evils", which contains rerecordings of old Anthrax songs. Not bad, but not great either.

edit: Madhouse was awful in this one...

    Eternal Lies - Divided

(Swedish, obviously)Melodic death metal. Very similar to the early In Flames and Arch Enemy, but most of all At the Gates, thrashy as fuck. Lots of blastbeats and double-bassdrum pounding, but still very melodic. Check it out, the bass guitar is actually audiable. The vocals are cool too, a lot like At the Gates(a bit like Arch Enemy too). The guitars, as in most melo death bands, sound awesome. Playing complementary melodies in the background always turns me on...

They only have one album, so go and buy/steal "Spiritual Deception" at all costs. Any melo death fan will drool over this band.
