Hahaha, and I remmeber hearing people telling me I was stupid and that we would NEVER see GBA over LAN because it was like supposed to have a link transfer at 2Gb/s or whatever.
Suckers, i'm gonna test that.
Thanks Josh.
I want to know if anyone has tested this. I haven't been able to get on another computer on my LAN to be able to test it.
I have 3 comps together for lan games, I'll test it out.
That Dragon Tear is mines bitch!
I'll test it at school with a few friends. I don't have 4 computers running fine atm.
Worked for me with jackie chan rom![]()

Worked for me with Zelda 4S. Ah, lot of fun. I had to fiddle with the settings a bit to find the best timeout number (i think that's the name) because it was always giving me some connection problem message. Buy after trying various numbers, i managed to make it work and play. It works fine, but you'll need a cpu better than 600mhz to play it good. I noticed the LAN version was a memory hog compared to the single player version.
That would depend on what OS you have, but yes I would say 1Ghz is fine.
Also I found that when using this great emulator for lan gaming, you have to make sure that the hosts IP is ping is high, otherwise it's laggy as hell.
That Dragon Tear is mines bitch!
Make sure the ping is high?
Wouldn't it be laggier with a high ping?
lmao@Ryu typo
Man when I was posting that I was arguing with my GF.
Anyway yes lmao, a high ping would mean that it would be laggy, low ping means fast.
/me shoots himself in the head.

Well I don't think you have to worry about a very high ping on a LAN. I mean its not like I'm sending data across the continental US or the Atlantic Ocean. It's just to the room right next to me.
It depends on the server load.
It also depends on the network hardware. (Hub/Switch)
I know we got a damn old switch in my class, it makes our ping shitty when we ping the class next to us....
LOL, I remember them!
The greath days of 98 networking
Anyway, this Emu works over net/lan, so no need for me to reply to this anymore![]()
