i also realized that when an image is uploaded, it downloads as a bmp? *shrug* maybe there is more to it then just rightclick; save as?

You're 1) using IE, and 2) your cache is full. Clear it out. That's why everything is downloading as BMP. To clear your cache, go to Internet Options and offline files or something like that. It should work almost immediately.

I put this little Avatar together using an image from my Bof site, it's not much to look at, but if anyone has some free time, I would like an Avatar of Ryu morphing into Kaiser if possible.

I know very little on how to make gif images and have only been able to make flame effects for my site.
