Are you Canadian or American? 'cause for most of the city I live in, those are pretty good prices. Not the best, but I'd only save about... $10 if I took the bus downtown to A&B Sound.Originally Posted by artist088
Oh yes. And I got Soundgarden - Down On The Upside while I was shopping yesterday for like... $10. It is very good. I love some of the lyrics.
36 Crazyfists - A Snow Capped Romance
Saw it in HMV earlier. Only 8.99 so I bought it...
Christ, that's like... $20 Canadian. =P Sad, very sad.Although I've paid more for a CD... I paid $27CAD for 36 Crazyfists - Bitterness The Star.
Well, I guess I'll be the first one in this thread to post it...
Nirvana - With The Lights Out
Oh. Fucking. Yay. That's right. That's me. I so totally own, bitches! All of the unreleased tracks are simply wonderful -- I haven't actually listened to all three CDs, but the first two are killer and I'm sure the last one will be gnarly. The DVD is pretty sweet -- I haven't watched the entire thing, just a little bit before I went to bed last night.
Anyways. I really love the solo acoustic tracks of the singles. Well worth the purchase, everyone. Get off your ass right now.
I've had downloaded versions for a while, but finally bought:
Sleepytime Gorilla Museum - Of natural history
Sleepytime Gorilla Museum - Grand Opening And Closing
Tomahawk - Mit Gas
Of natural history is an epic. A fantastical tale wrapped and trapped inside a magnificant concept album. Possibly the darkest thing you'll ever hear.
Arthur Fowler is the best mod by a country mile.
The Nirvana box set is currently an ass raping 45 in town (parents won't let me buy off internet) so I decided to spend some money on the following vinyl. Tits.
The Police - Syncronicity
The Cure - The Top
The Cure - Lovesong 12" Single
The Cure - Pictures of You 12" Single (Get jealous Methamphetamine)
Pink Floyd - A Nice Pair (Piper at the Gates of Dawn + A Saucerful of Secrets Double-Pack)
Niiice.
Increase the size of your wang - PM crusher the words "poo poo" for extra length now!
Beware Coward!

Anyways. I picked up the Pretty Girls Make Graves EP. It only has four songs on it, but that's okay because I love this band uberly muchly. And besides, it only cost me about $5.
People, today is a glorious day. Today is the day that I realized that Others has finally been able to release their first full-length CD, titled Garden of Rage. I have just sent out a money order via Payko to purchase it. All is well.
Dimension Zero - Silent Night Fever
In Flames - Clayman
Judas Priest - British Steel, Screaming for Vengeance, Sin After Sin
Pain - Pain
Demon Hunter - Summer of Darkness
The Haunted - rEVOLVEr
...to name a few.
