I'm just happy that this is over now and things will go back to normal.

What do you use to back-up that claim? Even the New York Times (a liberal newspaper) said Bush won Florida by doing numerous polls. Bush won the elections fairly both times. I am glad it is over, and I did gain a little respect for Kerry for not being a repeat of Al Gore. (just a little)

On the other hand I say it is very likely that in '08 that the election will be John McCain against Hillary Clinton. I truly doubt Hilary will win that though. She is extremely liberal while McCain is more moderate and will get some mroe moderate democratic support.

If Hilariy runs in 2008, she'll win. She'll have every womans vote and mosty male vote (demo. and repub.) you can't compete with that.

She should, George Bush doesn't seem to have any common sense, and Kerry doesn't seem to relate to the people too well.

I'd rather see Barack Obama run. He may be blasted on his inexperience, but there's something about him that makes me like him more than Hilary.

Oh god, thats exactly what we need, a woman president

Kidding, of course. Although I doubt she would win, doesnt matter who she is. Same as a black person running for president, although they may have backing and such they will not make it because majority of this Country would be against it. Which is totally assanine considering the constitution clearly states every man is created equal. But it seems every (White) president has wiped their ass with it.

I wonder how many more 'I hate GWB' threads/guilds/sigs we'll see crop up now then eh?

As for me, from the start Ive viewed this election with complete indifference, with the same apathetical standpoint that I take with the UK elections. Although that being said, I certainly wont be voting Labour next time around, given how royally they have fucked this country over. But that, my children, is a rant for another day.

Oh well. If his chin is any indication how how annoying John Kerry is then the 'States is probably better off without him. Just make do with the squinty eye muppet that is Bush and hopefully get it right next time round.

I cried. Just woke up. With all my courage read the headline which said "HE'S BACK", and just cried.
Strange why I care so much about a country so many million miles away and dumb enough to reelect him. No offence to anyone here.

Look on the bright side! At least the world gets 4 more years of hilarious quotes and photos of an inept world leader who doesn't know how to use a pair of binoculars!
I encourage you all to send Bush a congratulatory box of pretzels (and hope against hope that we get lucky)!

P.S. Look at http://static.vidvote.com/movies/bushuncensored.mov and draw whatever meaning from it you wish!

I was gonna say, at least we have that amendment here in the constitution that states a president can't be elected for more than 2 terms. So it isn't the end of the world (even though some people think it is ). Anyway, I've been thinking about 08 elections and have decided that republicans would probably have to put up another minority to combat Hillary if they wanted to win...just an opinion.
    Need something good....

while i really really dislike bush, i will still support anything he does that is almost intelligent, which are vary few of his decisions, but oh well, at least we can hope for better in four more years, and yes the people of the US are either really really stubborn or really really stupid, as of yet im not sure which it is
