    I gotta do that too...

    Munnridur - Blind

DM band from Iceland, which an Icelandic friend of mine told me about. Strangely I can't find any info on them at M-A... I must be mispelling the name. Very good, it sounds original. Well... not exactly original, but it doesn't sound like just another death metal band. If you care about this band, email me and I'll pass you the links to the mp3 samples.

    Avulsed - Addicted to Carrion

One of their older songs... Horrible recording quality... Dave Rotten(vox) claims to have been a Cannibal Corpse fan... good thing is band is better than CC. Wait a sec... any other death metal band is better than CC!

Pfft. CC has a few good records (Tomb Of The Mutilitated, Vile and The Wretched Spawn for example).

3 Inches of Blood - Deadly Sinners

Not bad, not bad. The vocals reminds me of a mix of some metalcore vocalist and King Diamond. Not bad at all.

    Eminem - Like Toy Soldiers.
I wasn't gonna steal this CD until I heard Mosh. Now I'm back to being an Em fan.

I probably already put this up, but this song deserves it.

    Tool - Sober

I love this song, and have no idea why.
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain
I like watchin the puddles gather rain
And all I can do is just pour some tea for two
and speak my point of view
    But its not sane..
I just want some one to say to me
Ill always be there when you wake
Ya know Id like to keep my cheeks dry today
So stay with me and Ill have it made
And I dont understand why I sleep all day
And I start to complain that theres no rain
And all I can do is read a book to stay awake
And it rips my life away but its a great escape..
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain...

    Sober is a great song.

"Enter Sandman" is undeniably Metallica's most boring song, and even a huge 'tallica fan like me can admit it.

Children of Bodom - "Tripple Corpse Hammerblow"
I'm looking at CoB tabs and trying to pick a relatively easy song to learn completely... but damn, none of the songs are easy.

Weird-as-fuck title... and the music doesn't match the title really. From a song title like that I'd expect something a la Cannibal Corpse. Speaking of which, Howie: CC don't suck, they're just mediocre. Their recent stuff has improved greatly though... kind of like Avulsed, whom in their early days, many of their songs sucked unbelievable amounts of ass, but because of their recent stuff, they're up there in my huge list of favorite metal bands.

    The Futureheads - Meantime

Sounds so much like a northern version of The Clash, I nearly shit myself. I like The Clash too, so its all good.
