Default A Game To Feature The 9/11 Attack

I dont know how many of you have heard about this, but supposedly there is a game comeing out that will feature the attack on 9/11. I dont know about you guys, but i think this will cause some kinda conflict in the gaming industry. The developers of the game are a Germany Based company called Reply Studios. This is just a short summary, heres the real article.

Yeah, read that one myself. I think it's still a bit too soon after the fact to be making a game about it...

I totally agree with you, and i dont think they should ever make a game to feature that. I might be wrong and i might not, but didnt one of the spider man games contain a scene, where one of the bad guys destroyed a building. I might be thinking of something else, but i dont remember.

in spider-man the movie, they were going to have a scene where spider-man spun a web between the twin towers, but because of 9/11, they took it out.

9/11 the game? Hah. It sounds like complete bullshit to me. "Reality gaming"? What complete and utter assholes. I'm sure glad they give a reason for this being "Not bogus".

Man, this is a huge huge idea. They could make a top down shooter, similar to the snes game The Firemen where the aim is to rescue people before the building collapses. Fighting fires, rescuing victims, OMG. This will be huge. You can play the heroic fireman!

The further up the building you get, the more intense fires, the more horrific the injuries. the more difficuly the path to success. This is a great idea.

Haha, if it comes out, the least I'll do is d/l and try it. Never know, they could make something interesting of this 'new genre'.

It's history now, even though it means quite a bit to many people. Unless they have stuff like slow motion cam of dying people, its mere inclusion in a game shouldn't be too bad.

Im almost surprised there isnt an american game about it yet, where you play as some sweaty american hero and kill evil brainwashed terrorists.

Sounds kinds fun If its a simulation type game, i really see nothing wrong with the idea becuase it could be based on learning what truley happend.

If you truly dont know what happened, then try watchin the news, or what bush has to say bout it. Wait, nevermind, bush is a retard, but there still will be some kinda contraversy with the game.

If they actually made a good game, it wouldn't even matter... The game would be judged by many solely on its title and the events it would be based upon... Yeesh! What's next...? "The Michael Jackson Story -- The videogame!!"?!? Hah! I say...

    Hah! Indeed...
