I'd say the US release of Xenosaga: Episode II. Scifi-RPG @ god mode. Already "played" the Japanese version a bit and it looks awesome so far. Now if I could just get what the hell they are talking about..
Also, the 12th Final Fantasy should fall into the category of the mega-anticipated, as you like to call them. Can't hook you up with possible release dates, though, which renders my post pretty much useless, but it was fun.
