CKY - 96 Quite Bitter Beings

If only the rest of the song wasn't so shit. The riff is fucking ace...

Keasbey Nights is their best. Have you listened to Streetlight Manifesto, Bandits Of The Acoustic Revolution or any of the other side-projects? They're all quality.

Um, I'm listening to the music you hear when you die in Eternal Daughter. Again. I am very, very, very used to this music.

Pity the smiley. You know you want to.

Bon Jovi - You Give Love A Bad Name

I just heard Atreyu's cover of it, and it was so shoddy, I had to listen to the good one...

I never knew that Slim liked Bon Jovi... :O

    Queensryche - The Needle Lies

First Queensryche song I ever heard and it's still a favourite. Excellent guitar work from Michael Wilton...

    Skyclad - Penny Dreadful

The rerecorded version with the new vocalist. Awesome. The new vocalist is really great.

The soundtrack to the movie Gladiator.

Tell me I have bad taste in music, but I like stuff like this, so there.
"I start to think there really is no cure for depression, that happiness is an ongoing battle, and I wonder if it isn't one I'll have to fight for as long as I live. I wonder if it's worth it."

    Iron Maiden - Paschendale

War... what is it good for...? Well, songs of course. This song is your typical Maiden epic, except this song is only a year old. I can play parts of it.

Henry Mancini - The Pink Panther. This stuff is fun to listen to - even if only for the nostalgic value. Oh, and Gantrithor - the Gladiator music is AWEsome! Do not be ashamed. Now I'm not the only one.

World of Warcraft... my friend convinced me... bt what started as a skeptic sense of wary enjoyment has turned into the biggest time-waster of all... well, uh, time. I'm getting better. But that's what all addicts say.

Hooray! Now I don't feel like a reject for being the only person who likes it!

Lisa Gerrard does the Gladiator music, no? If so, whoever badmouths them gets a punching. And Cosmic, Bon Jovi's fun. Not something I'd listen to a lot, but yeah. Great driving stuff.

And I'm listening to John Arch - Cheyenne again :O...

    Polvo - Fractured (Like Chandaliers)

One of the first mathy bands that I got into. Indie from the early nineties. Blah-blah. Angular guitar riffs that stab one another with joy and whatnot, with a pretty voice. Marvellous.

The Weakerthans - A New Name For Everything

I don't pimp this band enough. Singer sounds like Billy Corgan...

Hella - Been A Long Time Cousin

It's impossible to pimp this band enough.

The Dresden Dolls - Coin Operated Boy (live)

I never pimped this one properly at all. Singer sounds like awesome...
