    Dream Theater - Welcome Home(Sanitarium)

Metallica is one of Dream Theater favorite bands, they've made some covers of them live. They even have a live album of them playing Master of Puppets at Barcelona. They could have done way better thought, it's basically the same album only played live and by other band. By the way Soeru, you typoed the name of the band in your sig it's "The Black Dahliah Murder" like in the image.

    Testament - D.N.R

Testament is one of the better thrash-bands out there. This song is from "The Gathering", which is an amazing album. Get it, now. Bitch.

Agoraphobic Nosebleed - The House Of Feasting

Cool band. I need to hear the split EP with Converge. This song is very slow by their standards, but good...

Why is it always Refused Are Fucking Dead? Why not any other Refused songs? You told me they were crap when I recommended them to you :( :( :dead.

    Slint - Good Morning Captain

Just to piss off everyone who hates those horrible genre names. Proto-post-rock. Pre-post-rock. Prepostorock! Uh, I got this when I was on my first math rock kick last year. The thing is, it's not really math rock. It's something that's almost post-rock. It's something that's not quite. It's something.

    Sounds sinister. It's indie.

Mark Of Cain - Familiar Territory

Generally a shitty band, but this is just packed full of awesome riffs...

    <b>Nirvana</b> - <i>Lithium</i>
Actually my favorite <b>Nirvana</b> song. I love the sort of third verse. Not really sure what you would call it.

<i>I like it - I'm not gonna crack
I miss you - I'm not gonna crack
I love you - I'm not gonna crack
    I kill you - I'm not gonna crack</i>

I always think they're saying "cry," but all the lyric pages I've checked out say "crack."

    Metallica - Welcome Home(Sanitarium)

I can play a large portion of this song now. One of my favorite 'tallica songs. This song is like one of the first songs I ever listened to as a child, along with "Sweet Child of Mine" by GnR, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana, and "Jeremy" by PJ.

    <b>Slipknot</b> - <i>Vermilion</i>
What can I say, I enjoy this song? Especially the last little bit...

    <i>"I'm a slave and I am a master
    No restraint and unchecked collectors
I exist through my need to self-oblige
She is something in me that I despise
But I won't let this build up inside of me
    She isn't real; I can't make her real"</i>
