I guess this isn't the place to debate but Zelda is NOT an RPG...if it was, then the Metal Gear games, Rare's N64 adventure games (Banjo-Kazooie, etc.), and StarTropics would also be RPGs...which they clearly aren't. Use of swords seems to equal RPGs to some people, it sounds like.
Anyway, the N64 has Paper Mario, Ogre Battle 64, that really lame Quest 64 (called something like Holy Magic Century in Europe, I think), and that other one.
And judging by the very loose definitions that people have of RPGs, simulations might be worth mentioning...like Animal Forest. I have that deal in my other topic of trading several of my many ROMs just for Animal Forest.
Zelda has RPGs elements. So, that's why some people concider it a RPG.
