    Default bridge.dll popup

I recently did an adware scan, and deleted everything that was on the list. Now, when I restart my computer an error pops up about bridge.dll missing. What is it, and how can i fix it?

Sounds like ad-aware removed some adware but not the actual program? Try running a registry scan and it should delete all unnecessary registry links. Also check that you dont have anything ad-waring starting up with your computer.

    Bridge.dll is related to spyware.

Here is a site explaining what it is and how to remove it.

*** If you are not comfortable with using the Registry I suggest you do not try this. ***

More than likely Adware removed the Spyware but the problem is that there is still a Registry Key still in your startup.

To access the Registry go to: Start > Run and type in regedit.

Now go to the following path:
    My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Win dows\CurrentVersion\Run

You will more than likely see a key that points to that bridge.dll
Just simply delete it and you should not receive the error message again.

Log off and log back on to confirm it.
