    Ok this one could be kind of hard....

    Hints
    1) Never released in the US...
    2) Released by a well know developer in Japan and a not so well know developer in Europe.
    3) Released in 1998.

    Hint: Its one of the few 2D fighters released for the system it is on... and it was only released on One system.

    Part of the Ganbare Goemon series maybe or something? Just a random guess really. I can't recall their makers.
