The Dillinger Escape Plan - Sunshine The Werewolf

Track from their upcoming release "Miss Machine". It's really, really cool stuff in the vain of their previous stuff. The new vocallist is great!...

Slipknot - Before I Forget
I love this song with a passion. I keep coming back to it, 'cause let's face it... it's a great song. Nothing spectacular stands out about it; it's not going to be one of those masterpiece songs that everyone wants to get their hands on twenty years down the road, like that Metallica one mentioned earlier, but it'll be a song that every Slipknot fan should listen to at least once.

Mos Def - Brooklyn.
1) He took a sample from Under the Bridge by RHCP.
2) He's talking about his hometown.
3) He makes a praising reference to one of the greatest rappers alive.

"...One of the best emcees/ was a local cat."

Metallica - Enter Sandman

I'm having an off day. I was playing the solo yesterday perfectly fine, but now I keep screwing up at every opportunity. Grrr, only a couple of weeks until trial exams...

Brand New - The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows
This is one of the few Brand New songs that says the title of the song in the song. It's actually quite amazing. Most of them don't go that far. I mean, it'd be kind of hard to say It's Good To Know If I Need Attention All I Have To Do Is Die somewhere in a song.

Sweating Bullets is a big pile of steaming shit.

Atreyu - The Crimson

Spinning their new album "The Curse", which I bought today. It's awesome so far, this is probably the worst song so far though...

On a side note. I WENT TO BUY A MUSE TICKET AND THEY WERE FUCKING SOLD OUT!...

Atreyu... I heard of em on TV and I listened to a few of their songs, and personally I didn't like them. They weren't bad, I just don't like hardcore. I prefer Unearth though, even though I'm not a fan of the genre.

In Flames - Strong and Smart
A somewhat short song that sounds like it's from the Colony or Clayman album(it's a bonus track). It's quite a good song, you get to hear Anders with his somewhat weak high-pitched growl in this one. If I'm not mistaken, this is a cover for another song.
