He's just a mod of the EP contest. As far as I know. And Sprung for mod, I support that 100%.

Skinner is a mod of the EP Forum contest page, because he organised and started the whole thing. At least, I think that's it.
As for Sprung being a mod, yeah, it makes sense. He's been nothing but helpful, in my experience, and contributes a great deal to EP.

I don't support Sprung for mod of anything but the Bit Torrent Downloads section, and maybe Comp Tech and or General Gaming.
Why you ask?
a) He's not on enough to be a mod. Other people are on a lot more.
b) Not enough posts.
C) Not enough time here.
Don't get me wrong, I LIKE Sprung, he's a really great guy, helpful and all. But BTD forums is really where he's suited most.

Skinner isn't so much a mod as just someone who has access to control the EP Contests board. This was so that we didn't have to have a SMod or Admin hanging around to close the 27 dozen threads that will eventually end up there. He can't ban you nor does he have any say in getting anyone removed from the boards.
