SOTN was actually my first guess. I thought the pic kinda looked like one of the teleport rooms, perhaps. I didn't think it really introduced 'innovative' new gameplay though, so I didn't post it. I'll be pissed if you're right

Well, Konami don't fit in as the answer to the company name clue. So I dunno.

The only game Namco has made that appeared on over 9 systems is Pacman. The only one that comes to mind, I mean...

Enter the Ghost is correct. It is Zelda: Orcarina of Time The "innovative" gameplay feature was the Z targeting system. The nine systems the series has been on were:
