A skull, a bloody eye, chains. The only thing I made myself is the red water, the blood and the acid-burned skin. Put that all together and viola. :p

I was bored earlier, so I drew. I'm quite happy with it, actually. One of my better ones lately. Sketched with pencils, inked with pens, colored in Photoshop.
