Evanescence is terribly overrated, they remind me of Linkin Park.

Iron Maiden - Dance of Death (the whole album)

Listened to it like 6 times yesterday. Lovely album.

Out of Your Mouth - Kaboom
This is a great fucking CD, man. I love it with a passion. I think everyone who likes music of any kind should pick this up. Because it's a cool CD. Also, people should pick up Mindless Self Indulgence

Metallica - The Shortest Straw

Friend of mine is playing it for his music assessment on Thursday, and I'm playing rhythm. For mine I'm still tossing up between three pieces. It's either Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb (Acoustic and singing), Metallica - Mama Said (Acoustic and singing) or Iron Maiden - Wasted Years (Electric incl. solo \m/><\m/).

I play all three this year sometime, but I'm not sure which I'm the most ready for...

Oooh, listening to lots of stuff at the moment, heres a selcection of my favourites;

CKY - Knee Deep
Donnell Jones - I Wanna Love You
Jagged Edge - Whats Its Like
Snow Patrol - Spitting Games
Add N to (X) - FYUZ
Von Bondies - C'mon C'mon
Akon - Locked Up
Saigon - Let A Nigga Know

Yeah, a bit of a variety, and certainly no classics, but there you are. I thank you.

I listen to just about every genre of music mate. I must admit, my interest in hip-hop has been reignited a bit recently. I highly recommend Akon - Trouble and J-Kwon - Hood-Hop as a couple of albums that have spent some time on my playlist.

Now listening to P.Diddy - Thats Me. Fairly strange really, as I dont like P.Diddy in the slightest bit, egotistical twat that he is. Still, good song.
Touch my twat.

So J-Kwon's album IS good? I was very skeptical about that, so I was avidly avoiding it. I was under the impression that Akon's album would be dope from the single "Locked Up". You were just the confirmation I needed.

I like Hood-Hop, but hip-hop purists might disagree with me. As a standalone, unashamedly mainstream album though, its holds its own well. Not a classic by any stretch of the imagination, but good in its own right.

With a nod to Enter the Ghost, Im now listening to Out Of Your Mouth - Kaboom. And he certainly isnt wrong. Superb song.

Brand New - Sic Transit Gloria... Glory Fades
I love this song. The chorus is just too wonderful, and you know it.

"Up the stairs, the station where
The act becomes the art of growing up...
The fever, the focus
The reason that I had to believe you weren't too hard to sell
Die young and save yourself
The tickle, the taste of
It used to be reason that I breathed but now it's choking me up
Die young and save yourself"

Others - Garden of Rage
I want to pick up this EP, because Others is fucking awesome. Alas, I haven't been able to get around to it quite yet. This is a wonderful, wonderful song; I've been addicted to it since I first heard it.
