Save the game, then boot with disk 2, and load your game and you should be ok, no reason why you have to switch since it lets you save at the end of disk 1

It sounds like he is using 2 different versions of the same game. Such as 1.0 and 1.1 or something. That happend with Metal Gear Solid when I uploaded it.

Maybe you can transfer your memory card file to someone, and they can get you past the disk switching part. Then if you still have a problem, you know it's not a good ISO.
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain
I like watchin the puddles gather rain
And all I can do is just pour some tea for two
and speak my point of view
    But its not sane..
I just want some one to say to me
Ill always be there when you wake
Ya know Id like to keep my cheeks dry today
So stay with me and Ill have it made
And I dont understand why I sleep all day
And I start to complain that theres no rain
And all I can do is read a book to stay awake
And it rips my life away but its a great escape..
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain...
