^ my university ran a week every year, which was called hitman week(which actally lasted an indeffinate amount of time) Basically you have to "kill" assigned people on campus, the last hitman standing wins, have you ever seen the movie "Gotcha"? It's kind of like that.
There was also another one called Kidnap week, but that was only done by my fraternity, not the entire campus.
