The Christians were simply going to Jesus birthplace when they were told to turn around. When they didn't, they wre shot upon until I think it was 208 nuns, and 40 priest were dead. One Nun survived to tell the story, her sisters were killed in prison.

Islam is a religion like any others. Neither Christians or any other religious followers should compare other religions, since it'll always end in senseless fighting(and obviously a biased point of view). What he said about the Pope(that he woundn't order a massive slaying of all heretics) is not true. Take a look at all the Christian holy crusades during the middle ages(and before), the earlier Popes gladly allowed all the heretics to be slain since they were a threat to Christian faith.
I'm perfectly fine with all religions, I'm an extremely tolerant atheist/agnostic. However, fundamentalists can go shove some dinamyte up their asses. They're all the same, be it Islam, Buddhism, Christianism, or whatever, I don't care. They only cause problems and should *gasp* be erradicated/taught to be tolerant.

First of all, yes the Prophet was a merchant. But no, he wasn't rich. He didn't have any palaces. All your info. is BS. He didn't talk to Allah, but to the leader of the Angels.

How could you say thast the Propher wat rich. He gave away almost all of his stuff to the poor(charity) and lived off bread and dates. He only had 4 wives, and he did not kill them. In Islam, it is "Sunni"(which means it was done by the Prophet) to have 4 wives.
