Nope, I had a dual boot with Windows and Madrake....and I still find it sucky

Not really, one of the best compressions out there right now. Works wonders on roms. Personally use it on all roms I have. Saved me 730mb compared with rar just on the goodnes set.

I use XP, but I want to go to OSX for a while. I need a break from Windows, and Linux isn't the answer (I had nothing but headaches with Linux).

At the moment, I'm stuck with Windows ME. Used to have XP installed on a separate partition, but uninstalled it for some reason (can't remember why, think it was to save space though). I put a new GFX card in shortly after and tried to re-install it, but all it did was give me a black screen and make the power light on the monitor flash, so I guess I can't install it at the moment. Also had Mandrake Linux for a while but couldn't really figure it out, so that was uninstalled too...

I think you didn't put the graphics card in correctly. I made a thread about my new GeForce FX 5200 not working, and the advice I got was that it most likely wasn't in correctly. After another hour, I finally plugged the bastard in right.

Oh, OK. It seems to work fine with everything else, but I'll open the computer up and give it a try to be sure. Thanks for the suggestion.
