Fucking bastard! I'm almost crying after reading that.I love animals, especially dogs. Anybody who does that to a defenseless little dog is the lowest of the low. If any bastard laid a finger on my dog, I'd rip their bloody eyeballs out and ram them down their throat. Sorry for the extreme tone of this post, but, damn... how can anyone do that to a 17 YEAR OLD DOG? Let alone a tiny little Yorkshire terrier. I can't believe he got off by paying $25K either, it's nowhere near enough to cover the pain and suffering of the dog when it died, or the owner in the aftermath. That dog was that guy's companion, and that bond can never be replaced. The fact that those guys killed the dog without remorse, and even laughed at their crime, just makes me sick inside...

A pet, when you love it... becomes part of the family, something you love as if it was your son... (in my case, my daugther.) My poor cat died because a car crushed her and I have suffered as if I lost somebody very dear to me. Because Kikis was my cat... the only one that would hear my complaints at night, she slept with me, was cool...
I do hope that this man loses his leg at least... for kicking abusively a poor dog.

Might as well discuss about God in my poll.
I feel a bit like Inferior Thing, and I'm also a cat person, but after a chuckle I do feel pity for that defenseless organism. Survival of the fittest, eh? I wouldnt laugh if a 2 ton elephant stepped on my ass(although I might if I could see it happening to myself afterwars), but hey, only the strongest survive.
Don't get me wrong, I like animals, I just have a twisted sense of humour.

As I've said to people before, I feel more pity for animals than humans. If I was driving along and there was a puppy and a kid in the street, I'd swerve away from the puppy. It's so common to see the "Macho Guys" have no care for them, and all the power to them for being "fitter" than me, but I just can't be like that.
I'd swerve towards the kid. Ehem. Anyway... How come we never see any threads like these, except with good news? Relief, I think, is something one seldom finds here...

And how did you come up with this assumption of macho guys running over puppies without caring? "Macho guys" can be quite sensitive, m8. I know a body builder that takes care of a bunch of cats, and no, he isn't gay.
