Joe Satriani - Surfing With The Alien

Aside from being a great tune, I'm curious as to what my soon-to-be-bought Boss DS1 distortion pedal will sound like. Satch himself uses one quite often, and this song is as good an example as any. Sounds good, too.

    Megadeth - Peace Sells

This is what thrash metal is all about, a lot of hair, a lot of open chugging on E and awesome fucking guitar solos.

Matchbook Romance ~ Playing For Keeps

I kind of had an emo relapse and I started listening to Matchbook Romance...they're pretty good. Their CD isn't bad either.

    Slayer - Angel Of Death

This is just about the most metal song ever, and Slayer at their brutal best.

    Mr. Bungle - Ars Moriendi

Sounds like my Eastern European friends parents music, on crack. Lots of crack. And every other substance which can fuck your mind. One word to describe it. Awesome.

nice.though unlike most SG fans,i find daniel to be the jewel of the two, even if darren takes care of the media.affirmation, was really his album.and darren only bogged him down at times.

    Mr. Bungle - Sweet Charity

From California, the Bungle interpretation of popiness. It has heaps of different genres chucked in, and this one is sort of 50;s surf music type thing. Listening for the first time, and I can't say I'm particularly disgusted.
