Yep. 100x100 is the largest size for avatars.

Just paste that into your sig (take out the * at the end though )

actually all u have to do is right click the pic the hit properties. then find the web address and copy it. go to user cp and go to edit profile. where it says signature paste in the url. then at the beginnin put this *[img] (without star and at the end put *[/img] with star and yes with the slash. and then ur pretty much set. jus ht submit modifications and there u have it.
