I love the Nintendo NES to death, man. Right now, I currently own 55 complete in box NES games, and I'm purchasing more as time goes by.

building up a collection thats really sweet!
I can only envy being as retro as you. I'm a poser, I was born in '86, and I try. Honest, I try. I gots me an Atari, SNES, Genesis (1st generation, ya...), and a Virtual Boy. Those are my most old-skool so far, and everyone I know is holding onto their NES.

World of Warcraft... my friend convinced me... bt what started as a skeptic sense of wary enjoyment has turned into the biggest time-waster of all... well, uh, time. I'm getting better. But that's what all addicts say.
Heehee. I was born in '88. I have an NES, Sega (1st Gen as well) and an SNES currently being borrowed by a friend, who will probably end up buying it since I never really played it. Other than that... Dreamcast, N64, Playstation and Gamecube. Handhelds: Mr. Massive Gameboy, Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance.
lol... well if you ever consider getting rid of "Mr. Massive," as you affectionately put it, or the GBA, or the GameCube, or any of the games (I own the rest of those systems as well), please, remember my name and email me or something
Edit: isn't it funny that I'm still on topic (game purchases)? Well I think it is.

Could be. Never know. And there ain't a hope in Hell that I'm getting rid of Mr. Massive or my Gamecube. Well... possibly Mr. Massive, since I could just play it on the GBC. But it's like... antique, man.
Did you make sure it wasn't FrenchOriginally posted by Dream
[ edit ] Oh yeah. And the other day, I purchase a still factory sealed copy of Kirby's Adventure.
Oy, some more PlayStation demos showed up for me today. A couple of the old system pack-in demo's, the first Jampack and a OPM demo.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
I hope it's English, the Canadian French version is one of the tiny handfull of NTSC French games. Sealed copies of it are common on eBay beacause nobody wants to play a French game. If you paid less than $20 that's probably what will show up in the mail.
I wouldn't mind having one and keeping it sealed myself, they're cheap enough. I've just been too lazy to bother buying one Plus I wanna get myself one of those French copies of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Last I checked they were common too

Ok, I just bought Kingdom Hearts for the PS2. I bought it because it was $19.99 (greatest hits, I think...) and because I have heard so much talk about it.
So tell me...is this game good/great/sucks mustard?
I am not much of an RPG type, but I did enjoy Skies of Arcadia DC and Evolution: Far off Promise DC.
Kingdom hearts is the fourth best game on the PS2, It was well worth those $20.Originally posted by Sprung

why does it have to be sooooooo realistic?they make it so darn hard to pull the damn trigger.oh yeah so far the plot really sucks.but the realism sometimes scares the shit out of me.and this is coming from a silent hill 3 veteran.
Currently listening to:
Isis ~ Panopticon [9/10]
The Walkmen ~ Bows & Arrows [8.5/10]
The Shins ~ Oh, Inverted World
Explosions In The Sky ~ How Strange, Innocence
Caribou ~ The Milk of Human Kindness
Jhann Jhannsson ~ Virulegu Forsetar
I thought KH was pretty good, albeit a little kiddish/corny for me, but it was a refreshing change from hardcore violence and everything. So yes, the game is fun and good and great.

Kiddishness isn't what counts, last I checked I buy games based on their gameplay, not their ESRB rating.....Originally posted by Esememon

Nah, this is the Canadian version. It has a partial French manual and back-side, but beyond that it's the English game. I got it from a specialty store on the 'net. Cost me about $30US plus the shipping.Originally posted by ragnar14
