Listen, just look at the statistics, in countries, like Japan for example, where Gun's are not legalized, there is a MUCH lower fatal crime rate, and that is a statistic that can't be argued.

if everyone has guns and all that, then people are more inclined to rob a joint. not to mention people just firing random willy nilly around the place, in a sick GTA3 rampage... i dont think that is a good thing, im sorry... Im sticking to Xaenn in this one...

How many times in your life have all of you been in a situation where you need to be armed to defend yourself?
And if you are in a sitution that involves guns-you can't really control anything.
The right to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed then does it preclude nukes, and fighter jets, i.e. if someone can fund you to buy those things?

sorry to say it, but through experience, a stick is more effective then a shotgun... most people cant hit a moving target, just ask my boyfriend when he gets back online
