That only happens when you try to crack the file. If you legally bought it you shouldn't have those problems so this is a case of warez. If not email Adobe they should be able to help you if you got it legally.

u mean the shortcuts like....CRTL+L - Level Adjuster, CRTL+U - Hue/Saturation, etc, etc, i have a "Legal" copy and they work fine for me
