    Whoever mentioned Ben Folds has really reignited a long discarded liking for his and the bands music, so we have;

    Ben Folds Five - Smoke

Pleasant little number, pretty much standard BFF fare, but that is an undoubtedly good thing. Good lyrics, involving piano and stuff. Yeah, Im crap at explaining these things so you'll have to take my word for it - its good.

    Mars Volta - Televators

Cool ballad stylings. It's meant to be one of the gems on the album, and I like it because Cedric sort of experiments with his vocal style, seeing as he hardly ever goes slow, so to speak.

The Cure - Let's Go to Bed

Opening track of 1983's Japanese Whispers, for me this is where the Cure's best era started, as they were starting to really let their music flourish. The vibraphone compliments the tune quite nicely.
Faith and Pornography came before that, their two best albums bar Disentegration. Make sure to get some more of their stuff, because the best of really doesn't give you much. Sorry if I wrongly assumed that that was the extent of your collection. Anyway...

Super Mario Kart OST - Koopa Beach

Learning this on guitar now, awesome tune. I'm also learning the Worms theme. Good stuff...

    Branch out. Seriously.

City Of Caterpillar - When Was The Last Time We Painted Over The Blood On The Walls

You really are a great band when you can mix indie/hardcore stylings with those of a post rock band. Epic, long, filled with angst and lyrically wonderful...

There's actually quite a few bands who combine those elements, like American Football and Heroin. Not so much on the hardcore front though...

The Stone Roses - I Wanna Be Adored

80's pop, mwahahaha... Lovely singing, although that could be production. Everything about this song just seems to blend together perfectly, the best I've heard from the band.

Dayglow Abortions - Fu</>ck Die Kill Sinner Die (or something like that)...

Interesting song... The lyrics consist of "bla bla bla", "fu</>ck", "kill" and "arghhhhh".

They go in for such lovely album titles too. Feed Us A Foetus? Excellent.

Cap'n Jazz - Take On Me

Classy Ah-Ha cover, they rape the anus out of it.

Big Bad Voodoo Daddy - You & Me & The Bottle Makes 3 Tonight

I've heard very little swing music before, so all I can say is that I like this song. Sexy.

    Deftones - My Own Summer

The best opener to an album, ever? Mind, the rest seems to fall by the wayside a little because of this songs sheer awesomness, but thats neither here nor there. Bloody good, the louder the better.

Blood Has Been Shed - Wetwork

Great band I just discovered last night. They're metalcore, but from what I've heard they don't seem to do the slower bits in the middle of songs (not that I don't like that)...
