Nintendo-Vegas Dream-Hard to buy and download
PSX-Xenogears
Other then that, I'm not too sure. I dont know what games for me would be rare.

I do have quite a few rare Commodore 64 games, including The Last Ninja 2, Afterburner, Strider and Manic Miner. Hell, I have a box of about 200 C64 games in the other room...

Robomaze 2 (Full version) [So rare that only one other person on the home of the underdogs has it] 1991
Robomaze 3 (Full version) [Even rarer] 1992

Spent 6 years tracking down the original author to get them about 2 weeks ago. The damn things wouldn't install on XP, so I ran them in DosBox to install them, and to my amazement the games run XP, just not the installer (direct HDD access).

They're also bloody hard. Retro in a really really hard way.

Super Mario 1/Duckhunt two-in-one cartridge for the NES. Also, I have a handful of old games like Fate of the Starlords, Mission Critical, the DOS version of SC2k, and the unreleased English beta of Princess Maker 2. Nothing particularily rare, though.

Xenogears has been re-released in mass qauntities under Sony's Greatest Hit's line. It's not rare anymore.

And as for everyone mentioning the Mario/Duck-Hunt combo, that's not rare either. They mass produced those things. They CAME with almost every system sold back in the day. If you can't find one of those in a second hand store, you aren't looking hard enough.

i have diablo for the psx. Final Fantasy NES, and my most prized possesion...

Final Fantasy 3 for the SNES (i think its about 60 bucks or so, but i dont care if its worth 1 zillion dollars im never selling it) ITS SOOOOO AWSOME!!!!

my rarest game ever is legend of zelda remake for Supernintendo's addon or should i say famicon called BS-X and the game is called BS-Zelda it is super rare it was only for japan and my brother got it when he lived there and u would download the game onto a cartridge using a satelite signal

i dunno if my Milon's Secret Castle is rare or Sky Kid. i've got quite a few NES games that i've not seen around for awhile.

Ya that is rare sadly they never did finish sending the last few parts.. so the game is not complete but still very rare..
