Way to go on Return of the King. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy in the books is far superior to the movies XD

Just read a Labyrinth fanfic. I won't give the name because it's the most sickening, twisted thing I've ever read and don't think anyone should read it.

I'm reading Piers Anthony's Xanth series. And y'know? I'm coming to realize just what a hack the guy really is. I used to be a huge fan of his work when I was a teen, but now that I've since read far better books, I realize just how hackneyed he really was as a writer. His books are formulaic, and they go out of thier way to explain even the most rudimentary of things to you, as if you were brain-dead. Ugh. I can't wait till I can track down a copy of Stephen King's 'Wolves of the Calla'.
