    Yes there are GameCube ISOs out there.. and i dont know the size.. because they vary from game to game.. however they were ripped using the GameCube its self.

    Ripping a GCN iso involves connecting a GCN to a computer (not sure how) and then having the Gamecube its self read the disk in to data.. much like how Dreamcast iso's are made..
