Default Sega Genesis to PC Adapter question

Anyone know where I can find instructions on how to build a good Genesis to PC adapter? I have this site, the ONLY one I've been able to find so far:

    http://www.geocities.com/S_L_B_K/Science.html

but that's only for one. I need one that takes two controllers, possibly more. It shouldn't be too hard, the Genesis fits tightly in a serial port.

why not find a website which sells one that is easy to use, reliable and importantly already fully assembled with no tweaking necisary.

For example the ps1/ps2/n64 adapter I have bought can be seen at this address: http://www.consoleplus.co.uk/catalog...roducts_id=239

    (O.o ).^)

Now we know how viral bunny signatures really spread.

Nobody sells them... the Genesis is way too old and the fanbase too small to sell anything profitably. Obviously the N64 and playstation will have a million and one adapters for them that are on sale.

And I like making my own stuff. So any useful suggestions?

Fanbase too small? Nah, the Genny still has a pretty large cult following. Unfortunately it is as you said. The system has been off the market far too long, and so theres less of a chance that they'd make something like this these days.

So... anyone know where I can get directions to make one myself?

Well, finding a way to do it for the genisis is kind of hard unless you have a good grasp of electronics (which I don't...), but if you're willing to settle for a saturn pad which is very similar, you can just hook up two of these to your comp: http://www.gocybershopelectronics.co...ls.asp?ID=1404
