Is there an n64 emulator someone could recommend without any major problems and containing a gameshark? Thanks so much.

PJ64.
Great. Where can I get it?
just use a search engine and search for PJ64...
U migth want to try the emulator section.
http://www.emuparadise.org/emulators/n64.php
Even though it has'n been updated in a long time.
Go to: http://www.ngemu.com/n64/
There u will find PJ64 along with PJ64K.
I don't really know why PJ64K is better, all i know, it's netplay enchanced, and it still lives.(unlike PJ64).

Ya pj64 is the best. No problems in it but you need a fast enoug computer to run it. like 1.4Ghz or more.
Hey thanks, I downloaded it. Only one problem, like joker said, my computer has a bad computer gaming card. Oh well! nes games are fun too...
NO, u don't! U need RAM (64/128/256)(min/ok/good), and the rigth plugins with the rigth configs.Originally posted by Joker

ya, video card... whatever. All I know is that I can't play n64 on my pc.
Out of interest what graphics card do you have? Jabos D3D isn't the greatest with something such as the Intel810 for example, whereas Glide64 + Evoodoo is.
I'm not sure if I even have a video card, but all I know is that every time I start playing a game (like a n64 rom) that takes a lot of space, the computer restarts itself. after re-logged on, it tells me that the problem was caused by the device driver.
You definately have a video cardI'm not sure if I even have a video cardwithout one you wouldn't have a picture on your monitor. If you can get into and play an N64 game, then you have a 3D accelerator too, N64 emulators don't really do software mode (as a general rule).
To find out your videocard and other details go to:
Start>Run and type Dxdiag
On the next screen if you look you will be able to see:
Processor speed (has mhz by it)
OS (Operating System - ie WinME, Win98)
Ram (ie 512mb, 256mb, 64mb)
On the display tab at the top, you will be able to find once you have clicked it your graphics cards name under: Adapter name
