All other files are 48 mb, but this one is 44-45 MB. And when I unrar all the files, I get a file with .nrg extention, not .iso.

This file is supposed to be less than the other files. .nrg extension is an image create from Nero, you can easily convert it by using CDmage. You can getCDMage here

um, just click "Save As" and let it save. It will create a .bin and .cue file. Load the .bin file to play.
