I actually thought it is a very good idea to keep some sort of up-to-date list of working rom sites because a lot of those lists (like top 100 and top 66) are just sites which link to eachother and you can't find roms on. But I recently read in another post that site promotion isn't allowed here anymore...I don't know if they mean that you cannot mention romsites at all here anymore. I wanted to ask but the topic is closed now
