I'm reading a large Biography on Hitler called 'Nemesis-1936 to 1945" by Ian Kershaw. So far, I'm half way through and have neglected it for the longest time.. I can almost hear the book's voice trying to seduce me into reading it.. Blarg..

I read the second Doom novel, Hell on Earth, a little while ago, and just before that the third Artemis Fowl book. I have no idea what the title is.

I think I'll start reading The Thousand Orcs by R. A. Salvator soon.

I recently went through the entire Odyssey series by Arthur C. Clarke (four books; 2001, 2010, 2061 and 3001) of which all were truly stunning. I beg that everyone reads 2001 at least once, as its simply mind-blowing, it really is.

Just started Alistair Reynold's Chasm City again, a damn fine sci-fi book with some inspired ideas. The prequel to that, called Revelation Space is also incredibly well written, with a fantastically bizarre ending...I cant wait to get round to reading that again.

After those two I intend to well and truly bury my nose into the Discworld series again, I do believe Im on Sourcery, so a long way to go before finishing that series
    Touch my twat.

Speaking of WoT, I finally finished book 10 a month ago. I started reading the series almost exactly a year ago and never really stuck with it consistently, always read it in streaks. I'd love the series if Jordan wasn't so prone to catchphrases.

Currently I'm reading Shadowdale by Richard Awlinson, The Silent Blade by R.A. Salvatore, and I started Magician by Raymond E. Feist last night. I've read Magician like 4 times already, can't help but come back occasionally. I think Feist is amazing.

I read the first couple of pages of that, it's shit so far.

I'm also in the middle of some Tom Holt book or other. It's good, but I haven't been reading it much...

Currently i am reading Lord of the rings The two towers, I read Fellowship of the ring previously, and about 2 weeks ago i picked up this book i paid 10p for in secondary school. It is about sorcerers and magic, its called A night of Solstice but the further i read the more it sounded like a kids flick so i put it down and not touched it since.

ok now that people have stated what they have read/are reading, let us discuss some of them.... for example farenheit 451, what do you think of the world they live in? isn't it bizarre? imagine a world where reading is prohibited....
