    Default A good rom manager?

Anyone who knows a good rom manager, Windows or Android compatible? I tried RomCenter but seems too confusing for me. Thanks in advance.

If RomCenter is too confusing for managing ROMs on Windows and Android you can*Try to launch box*for Windows, which arranges ROMs into a user friendly interface with many customization options. For Android try to use*RetroArch**is flexible;*supporting numerous platforms and providing a simple user interface. then let me know about the result
