I'm not actually sick just feel like crap. Feel a bit better this morning but still really tired.
It's like flu symptoms... sore all over, feel colder than usual and tired but can't sleep properly.
My temperature has been fine (no actual fever) but had to have the house heated to about 25c which isn't normal for me (I usually like around 19-20c max).
Lower back pain is the main reason for not sleeping properly. Standard painkillers don't do shit

But yeah, just tired now. I've been taking some multivitamins so maybe they've been helping.
I went into work for like 5 hours yesterday, felt ok to begin with but when I left I felt exhausted. Going in again today soon, see how I go.

Yeah, the symptoms can be just random. Thankfully they can spontaneously just let up. Hopefully you get through them soon.

I'd say don't then. The temps here are supposed to drop to mostly upper 80s and a couple days of low 90s for a while. An improvement over the upper 90s . I bought a capture card on Ebay and I'll end up having spent more on shipping if it ships .

It's not that bad really. Just inconvenient for a day or two, but yeah some people are affected more than others.
Some don't have any reaction at all besides a sore arm for the rest of that day (much like a normal flu shot).

I liked the 1st shot symptoms, I wasn't able to sleep properly for weeks cause I hurt my shoulder, and the shot knocked me out, giving me a great night of sleep.

2nd shot I just felt a bit nauseous the next day. Really no biggie.
