Sucks to lockdown. But your mini full-lockdowns are clearly a better choice compared to a half-lockdown nightmare for a year+ with rampant covid still getting everywhere.

*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
Yeah a lot of people complain rather loudly about it, especially businesses.
Even the federal government complains sometimes about "harsh" steps some state governments take (like my state), but it keeps total deaths and positive cases down even though we still have very low vaccination rates. The fed only cares about big business and the economy, regardless of what they say.
Speaking of vaccination, I'll be getting my first shot of pfizer tomorrow.
Had to wait for a bit until the limited stocks were available for people like myself (not an essential worker, indigenous etc).
Not sure if I'll be able to get my second shot in 6-8 weeks from now, but I'll ask tomorrow.

If I were you I would look at trying this out on SCPH-500xx US console. It has better PS1 compatibility.
Unfortunately such equivalent PAL models here have strict logo checks.
Only thing to remember with the 500xx US models is that you will probably need to grab DVD player update and have it on your MC.
Read the info on github.

Got 1 month gamepass ultimate for $1.
Grabbed some discounted DLC...
Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens season pass
Middle-earth Shadow of War expansions pass
Also checked through some installed games and grabbed any free DLC, haven't done that for a while.

Can't remember last time I looked at TES IV Oblivion on the store... probably back when I last installed it I guess
Anyway, there's a bunch of DLC there now. Not free, but some of it was previously PC only and there's also the 2 obscure DLC that you could only get on 360 if you had a magazine demo disc that they were on (well, they were DRM free so any retail console could install them using USB inject method).
Maybe nobody is interested in this, but I think it's interesting that DLC previously unavailable to dl from store to 360 is now available.
So far I've found some other odd free DLC here and there, some for XB1 but also for 360 titles.
Spoiler warning:
NTSC-U and Asian NTSC consoles are the choice for the mod. Japanese consoles are nearly as bad as PAL but at least they're NTSC natively.
It works well enough on PAL consoles 750xx and above, but those models (any region) have always had issues with some PS1 titles.
Apparently there are even issues with a few PS2 titles on those models which I never knew until I was reading up about the mod.
I spent those years playing Xbox mostly. Not that I hate Sony consoles, I've had heaps more of them pass through my hands.
Spoiler warning:
Sony's systems tend to have one issue or another.
mGBA Integration Demonstration - Take GBA/GCN Connectivity Games Online!
Dolphin now has its own GBA core integrated directly into the emulator. Powered by mGBA, Dolphin's Integrated GBA can be set to any GameCube controller port and will automatically boot alongside Dolphin. Everything you need for it can be configured directly in Dolphin's GUI, including BIOS, controls, default ROM, and more! Best of all? The Integrated GBA works on netplay, movie recordings (TASes) and supports savestates! And to top it all off? Performance is higher than the current TCP GBA protocol.
Neat, love to give Windwaker a try with it.
