The Godfather (1972)
Many would roll their eyes when you tell them The Godfather is the most complete, captivating and best overall movie because by now it’s almost a cliché answer. For me, it was this very masterpiece that made me open up and appreciate classic movies. A turning point during my teenage years when it comes to taste in cinema. I love the setting, the acting, the writing, a legendary soundtrack. The cast is killer. It’s absolutely brilliant and a very influential piece in in the world of cinema. The Godfather possesses this certain charm, which is a reason on its own to watch it.
