Yeah, it couldn't be fixed. My mom took it with her to work to see if a coworker of hers could fix it, as he's very good with computers, but...yeah, so he took care of that portion. I knocked over an entire bottle of vitamin water into the keyboard, and didn't get it turned off in time, is how it died. I have it's hard drive, though, so besides killing a $1,000+ laptop, hopefully, I can still salvage my stuff. I have a friend who said he'd help me with that, but we haven't picked a time to do it yet.

If it had a DVD drive you could've pulled that too. Buy a USB adapter for $1 or so.
