This is why only idiots use contract services in the U.S. If you go over by 1GB you will be charged $100. But I've also not heard of any ISP with a data cap.
Cell phones are the only thing I'm aware of with a data cap, and a decent prepaid phone will give you 4G data up to the cap and then throttle you to 3G if you exceed that.

Welp decided what the hell. Grabbed FFXII Zodiac Age for PC. I don't meet minimum specs but..running at 720p @30fps and everything else turned off it seems to run full speed. I'll see what happens when big spells or quickenings get used, may slow a bit. Still looks much better than on PS2.
Oh and that fast forward button is soooo handy!

I'm curious if Data Cap is a Europe thing. I haven't been outside of Minnesota much since internet became mainstream. Even since the days of dial-up I have not heard of a data cap from any ISP in this area.
Although we do have weak ping speeds and low end DL/UL speeds.
