There's a substantial pile of unwanted games there now, mostly sports but some sing-it etc games. Bunch of Sims stuff that I don't need.
I did grab a couple of sports titles mainly for the cases (Xbox).

Babylon 5 has like 37 discs if you count all movies, and that's not including Crusade (another 5 discs iirc).

I get tempted to just throw my big dvd sets in the trash.

Even if we can't get stuff on actual BD, SD content jammed onto BDs would be a huge space saver.

    DS9 is around 36 - 40, SG-1 is 50 .

I never bothered with that since I'm on PC. I can add caps directly using console commands so that saves a lot of time if I'm going to dork around getting caps. The thing with water isn't an exploit, it works the same with food or scavenging stations. If you have more food than you need, it stockpiles in the workbench, which is great if you want to make a bunch of Vegetable Starch. Plant Corn/tato/mutfruit at all of your settlements, sell all the rest of the plantables, and soon you will never have to look for adhesive again. Just go to a settlement and cook some up.

I meant about the trick to build what you can't normally build, the last bit of your post.
I know all about resources and scrap I did the whole game legit (no mods or console commands) only using like one exploit early on before it was patched. I was reasonably high lvl when the first DLC came out though so I never had any issues.

Yes and no. If your PS3 isn't a BC model but can run CFW then you can load PS2 CD bin/cue images the same as DVD iso.
But virgin non-BC PS3 consoles can't play any PS2 discs at all.

I was tempted to try since I have a copy of lego star wars on the shelf.

Eg technically the PS3 fat I have isn't BC it's a 40GB model, but because I have CFW I can load bin/cue and iso PS2 games. Obviously not all games work though.
The other 2 consoles I have (slim and super slim) can't be exploited to run full CFW as the minver OFW is too high, and they can't run PS2 games as is anyway.

I knew all that it was just a weird thought that I had "I mean ps1 games are cd so why couldn't a cd ps2 work" was my thought.

PSX and PS2 use different emus. PS2 has like 3 different emu types iirc if you include hardware emulation that launch models had.
