Get an Eneloop battery and charger kit off ebay or whatever.
Get 4 batteries. You can charge one pair while using the other.
The MS charge kit simply isn't worth the money, it's pretty much like buying an "Xbox One Gaming Hard Drive USB3.0" when you can get the same thing as a PC version cheaper, and the Xbone will format it fine.
