Internal drive is 1TB and I have a 2TB ext usb 3.0 hooked up (set as default install location atm).

No. There was a 2TB Xbone S around launch iirc, and I think there was at least one other S special edition with a 2TB drive (maybe GoW?) Those are factory examples.
Not much point swapping in a larger internal drive if you can get better load times etc via usb 3.0
Only way to get better performance from internal is to use SSD or at least a hybrid.

I think the external cap is like 16TB atm, you can use more than one ext drive at the same time. I'll probably add another drive to port 2 at some point but I have about 2.5TB free atm so I won't need to worry for a bit.

Yeah I can't see how you could get a PC that can do all this for the same price, but it isn't a good comparison anyway as not all PC games are available on this platform.
It does have a 4k optical drive though even PS4 Pro doesn't have that.

2 year warranty, you can push for support a bit further than that here though.

Yep. Twinbee 1 and 3. Would like to grab Moero (released in the US as Stinger) at some point. The others are SPC (Ninja Gaiden with cats!) and Hebereke (released later in Europe as Uforia).

Actually thought about hitting a few famicom cart bundles on ebay before, hell even some CiB stuff looks nice because of the art and the fairly reasonable price...although there are some games that are hard to find cheap complete.

Famicom games are definitely cheap. Lots of quality games for under $10 each. Still some good games dirt cheap shipped from Japan because they were so mass produced.
