I tried Borderlands recently and it was kinda gross.

I actually bought Borderlands 2 on release for the 360, without ever having played the first one. On Steam when I picked up Borderlands 2 during one of the steam sales, I also picked up the first. I tried playing the first one after having played the second, I could not do it.

Youve just reminded me i need to rip my VHS copy of the 5 doctors, the new re-release is disgusting imo. I don't like the new CGI effects, i REALLY dont like the new sound effects and they even changed the music in places

25th anniversary edition DVD has both original broadcast and "special edition" (cgi and edits) versions.
Special edition DVD just has the modified version.

FYI the special edition (modified) version was available on VHS (1995) before DVD (1999)

Not that it really matters, US DVD releases of classic Who look like crap...lower resolution quality and extra frames that aren't necessary
