DVD is B&W.
BD release has both B&W and colour versions, plus extras not on DVD.
I have both.

All the web rips I've seen are B&W so I'm not sure if they ever released the colour version outside the BD release

There's still quite a few things I don't have. Missing a lot of VHS releases and I don't have any LaserDisc releases (6 classic stories and the 8th Doctor tv movie).

Missing some DVD releases too but most of those are either original DVD versions or special editions...that is I have one and not the other. For some stories I already have both though.
I also don't have Spearhead From Space BD release, it's an odd one iirc as it's 1080i not 1080p.

Youve just reminded me i need to rip my VHS copy of the 5 doctors, the new re-release is disgusting imo. I don't like the new CGI effects, i REALLY dont like the new sound effects and they even changed the music in places

that's something I like about the older scifi shows yeah some of the effects/costumes/sets can be cheesy but they did well with what they had.
