I've played it through about 3 times total I think or maybe 4. I have done everything in it but even then it isn't a long haul at all.

I had TV/VHS to collect and one animal left to kill but I couldn't be arsed. The only downside to not doing it was that I didn't have the shotgun upgraded much and it took my sniper away .

First time I tried to do everything for trophies/cheevos I missed killing an enemy sniper (kill all enemy types). I was a bit pissed with myself so didn't play it again for months.
Everything else is fairly easy iirc.
